Richard Hayden

Richard Hayden has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and analysis. Richard started their career as an Account Specialist at Virginia Credit Union in 2010. From there, they worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst, where they were responsible for using marketing databases and tracking the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Richard then transitioned to the role of Business Data Analyst before becoming a Data Scientist Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Data Science Director at Virginia Credit Union. In addition to their roles at the credit union, Richard also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at John Tyler Community College in 2010.

Richard Hayden obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Longwood University, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. In 2020, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, as well as Data Analytics, also at Longwood University, completing the program in 2021. Additionally, they obtained the following certifications: "Subtle Shifts in Thinking for Tremendous Resilience" from LinkedIn in April 2020, and both the "Google Adwords Certification" and "Google Analytics Qualified Individual (IQ) Certification Program" in November 2013.
