Shaun Ryan

Shaun Ryan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as Director - Enterprise Agile at Virginia Credit Union since July 2018, Shaun previously held significant roles, including Senior Software Engineering Manager at UNOS, where oversight of multiple software development teams and HR functions was provided. Shaun's tenure at Tridium as Program Manager involved leading the transition to Agile methodologies and managing multiple Scrum teams, while earlier experience as Senior Project Manager for the US Navy included managing government projects with significant budgets and leveraging Agile best practices. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
