Stephanie Woodrum

Stephanie Woodrum is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 15 years in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Virginia Credit Union since November 2020, Stephanie previously held the same position at MEDIKO, where organizational growth expanded from 100 to 500 employees, developing a comprehensive HR function. Prior to that, as Vice President of Human Resources at ODS Security Solutions, oversight of healthcare and commercial contracts involved managing a team of 10 HR specialists for over 900 employees across multiple states. Stephanie's career began at Smurfit-Stone as a Human Resources Assistant, supporting the administrative functions of three plants. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Longwood University.
