At Ripcord Solutions, Saylor worked as a Senior Consultant, focusing on developing Business Impact Analyses and Continuity of Operations Plans for Bon Secours Health System. Saylor's tenure at Bank of America from 2007 to April 2016 included positions as VP Senior Business Continuity Consultant and Assistant Vice President of Business Continuity. Additionally, Saylor held the role of Senior Project Manager at Capital One and served as Project Coordinator for the Youth Services department at Chesterfield County, VA.
