Lisa Anderson has extensive experience in emergency management and grant administration, currently serving as the Preparedness Grants Manager at the Virginia Department of Emergency Management since October 2015. In this role, Lisa focuses on building relationships with local emergency managers to enhance and sustain emergency management programs, overseeing non-disaster grants under FEMA's Homeland Security Grant Programs. Prior to this, Lisa held the position of Sr. Contract Administrator at Essintial Enterprise Solutions for nearly two decades, providing critical support to operational leadership and project management teams. Educationally, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in Psychology and Business Leadership from Liberty University, and completed earlier education at Hermitage High School.
