Brandon Marsh

Brandon Marsh has extensive experience in business analysis and customer service, currently serving as a Business Analyst at the Virginia Department of Transportation since September 2016. Previously, Brandon held the position of Business Associate at VDOT since June 2013. In addition, a long-standing role at Best Buy as Customer Service FE Lead has involved responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, managing cashier duties, and enhancing customer satisfaction through feedback. Brandon has also worked in various sales positions at Best Buy, including Home Business Sales Associate, Mobile Sales Associate, and Customer Assistant, while achieving accolades such as “Top Seller” at The Sharper Image. Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Virginia State University, obtained between 2005 and 2011, along with a high school diploma from James River High School.
