Cindy Crouch

Cindy Crouch is an experienced project manager currently with the Virginia Department of Transportation since December 2013. Prior to this role, Cindy served as a lead project manager at Dewberry from October 2005 to June 2013. Additionally, Cindy worked as a lead programmer at Watershed Concepts from 1988 to 2005, showcasing a diverse background in project management and programming throughout a significant career in the industry.
