Keith Rider

Keith Rider is an experienced professional in engineering, currently serving as an Area Construction Engineer for the Virginia Department of Transportation since February 2003, with previous roles including District Traffic Engineer for the Lynchburg and Staunton Districts, Regional Operations Program Engineer for the NorthWest Region, and Assistant Residency Administrator. Prior to this tenure, Keith worked as a Project Engineer at VHB and Earth Tech, Inc., and served as a Staff Engineer at Rust Environment & Infrastructure and the City of Cumberland. Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Penn State University, having previously attended Frostburg State University.
