Marshall Eichfeld

Marshall Eichfeld, P.E., Assoc. DBIA is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and alternative project delivery for transportation and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Senior Engineer for Alternative Project Delivery at the Virginia Department of Transportation since September 2022, Marshall leads design-build procurements and manages the procurement process to ensure successful contract awards. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Draper Aden Associates, where Marshall managed over $1 billion in construction projects, and a project management position at HG Design Studio. Additionally, Marshall has held leadership roles in aviation and unmanned aerial systems at Michael Baker International and served as Office Director at Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. Marshall holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
