Matt Southall

Matt Southall has extensive experience in the field of relocation and right-of-way management, currently serving as the Assistant Relocation and Special Negotiations Program Manager for the Virginia Department of Transportation since October 2016. Prior roles within the department include Assistant Relocation Program Manager, Right of Way Agent, and Right of Way Associate. Matt also gained experience as an Accounting Intern at Independent Container Line, focusing on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Intermodal transaction reconciliation. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a Business Minor from James Madison University and an MBA from Liberty University.
