Michael Coffey, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as the Assistant District Administrator and District Construction Engineer at the Virginia Department of Transportation since August 2013. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Area Construction Engineer within the same organization from 1998 to 2001. Michael also contributed to ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC as Vice President and Richmond Branch Manager, as well as Construction Services Group Manager from August 2001 to August 2013. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from James Madison University.
