Anne Miller Phillips

Anne Miller Phillips has extensive experience in economic development and international research, currently serving as the Senior International Research Manager at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership since 1997. Anne's previous positions at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership include International Research Manager, International Marketing Specialist, and Associate Project Manager - Business Development, where responsibilities included site selection assistance for businesses. Earlier in their career, Anne worked as an Advertising and Research Associate at the Virginia Tourism Corporation from 1986 to 1997. Anne holds an MBA in Business Administration & Management and a BS in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
