Brian Jackson, PhD has a diverse work experience across various industries. Brian is currently the Managing Director of Customized Training Operations for the Western Region at Virginia Economic Development Partnership. Previously, they were the Managing Partner at Controlled Outcomes, where they provided strategic solutions to organizations. Brian has also served as the Vice President of Workforce Services at Danville Community College and as the Director of Workforce Development at Southern Virginia Higher Education Center. Additionally, Brian has held roles as a Proposal Coordinator at Huntington Ingalls Industries, a Senior Instructional Systems Designer at Camber Corporation - Technical Solutions Group Huntington Ingalls Industries, and as the Dean of Education and Interim Dean of Education at Fortis College - Richmond.

Brian Jackson, PhD, has a comprehensive education history that spans over several years. Brian obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Averett University between 1999 and 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Education from Capella University, completing it from 2002 to 2006. Building upon their previous education, Brian obtained a PhD in Human Services from Capella University between 2008 and 2014.

In addition to their formal degrees, Brian has also earned various certifications that enhance their skills and knowledge in different areas.
