Courtney Owens has over a decade of experience in economic development and workforce management. Currently serving as the Senior Data Manager for Incentives at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership since February 2019, Courtney has also held positions as a Talent Solutions Business Manager and Associate Workforce Business Manager. Prior to this role, Courtney worked at the Spotsylvania County Department of Economic Development & Tourism from March 2011 to February 2019, where responsibilities included Project Management Coordinator, Economic Development and Tourism Assistant, and Economic Development & Tourism Intern.
