Laura Boone's work experience begins in 1986 as an Account Executive at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company. Laura worked there until 1996. In 2000, they became a Senior Learning Consultant at Perspectives, Inc, and held this role until 2005. From 2003 to 2005, they also worked as an Education Contractor at the United States Army Cadet Command. In 2003, they began working as an Adjunct Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University and held this position until 2007. From 2005 to 2013, they worked as a Manager of Customer Education at Owens & Minor. In 2013, they joined Gallagher as a Senior Principal and held this role until 2019. Finally, in 2019, they joined the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, first as a Managing Director and currently holds the position of Vice President of Organizational Development.
