Shirley Dodson is an experienced professional in economic development and workforce management. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Solutions & Business Outreach Manager at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership since June 2021, Shirley has previously held multiple roles at the City of Winchester, Virginia Local Government, including Business and Community Development Manager, Workforce and Business Development Coordinator, and Economic Development Coordinator from September 2015 to May 2021. Shirley holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from James Madison University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
