Vince Barnett

Vince Barnett has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Vince started their career as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Mechanic in the U.S. Air Force and Virginia Air National Guard, serving for over seven years. Following this, they worked as a Marketing Manager at HHHunt Corporation for two years. In 2001, they joined the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) as a Marketing Manager and later held roles as Deputy Director, Vice President of Communications and Promotions, and Vice President of Business Investment. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President at VEDP, where they are responsible for directing the organization's business investment strategies and overseeing divisions such as Research and Marketing & Communications. Vince'sexpertise lies in lead generation, project management, business retention and expansion, and promoting economic development opportunities for Virginia.

Vince Barnett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a specialization in Advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University. Vince pursued their education at the university for a duration of three years, from 1997 to 2000.
