The Human Resources team at Virginia Eye Institute is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations and workforce management across the organization’s 8 locations. This includes recruitment and onboarding of new staff, managing employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with labor laws, facilitating professional development and training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The team works closely with management and departmental leaders to support the institute's mission and ensure that all staff are well-equipped to provide exceptional eye care services.
