Alex Spivey has over a decade of experience in instructional design, training, and digital solutions, primarily with the Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies since November 2013. In the role of Digital Adoption and Solution Specialist, responsibilities include developing computer-based training for diverse populations, implementing Learning Management Systems, and training employees on complex systems. Previous positions such as Deployment Specialist and Training & Sales System Analyst further demonstrate expertise in managing training programs and enhancing system usability. Prior experiences at Randolph-Macon College and in various internships provided foundational skills in analytical thinking, program development, and effective communication. Alex Spivey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Randolph-Macon College.
