Theresa Laposata Richardson

Theresa Laposata Richardson, PMP, MSIS, is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and project management. Currently serving as Senior Technical Lead at Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies since January 2019, Theresa previously held the role of Director of IT at The Reciprocal Group from April 2002 to November 2015, where management of IT services and systems during the receivership process was a key responsibility. Theresa's earlier roles include Applications Development Manager and Senior Programmer/Analyst at Virginia Farm Bureau, as well as Senior Programmer/Analyst at Datacare Software Group. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from James Madison University, complemented by a certificate in Python Coding from the University of Michigan's Coursera program.
