Tracy Cornatzer

Tracy Cornatzer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tracy started their career at Sterling Inc. in 1987 as a Sales Consultant and later transitioned to become a Retail Site Manager at the same company in 1990. In 1992, they joined the Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies where they held various roles. Tracy served as a Sales and Service Healthcare Consultant, primarily responsible for training and supporting sales representatives in selling health insurance. Tracy also co-coordinated the healthcare division of the annual sales conference. In 2000, they became a Senior Account Executive, specializing in medical, dental, and life insurance. Tracy then served as a Sales Manager before ultimately becoming the Director of Sales for VAFB Health Insurance Solutions in April 2023.

Tracy Cornatzer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Gordon College, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
