David Crosson has a long and diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. David started their career as a Physical Therapist at Chesapeake General Hospital in 1992 and worked there until 1994. David then joined NovaCare Rehabilitation as a Physical Therapist from 1994 to 1996, before becoming the Administrator of the Ancillary Services Division from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they joined Virginia Health Services in 1999 as the Executive Director of Rehabilitation and later became the Senior Vice President in 2016.
David Crosson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University, which they obtained in 1989. David also pursued a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from the same university for a year, but discontinued the program in 1990. Later, from 1990 to 1992, they completed a Master of Science degree in Health Science, specializing in Physical Therapy, from Old Dominion University. Prior to their university studies, David completed pre-med coursework at Temple University from 1984 to 1986. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Physical Therapist from the Virginia Board of Medicine.
