Rebecca Kleinhample

Rebecca Kleinhample is the current Executive Director at the Virginia Living Museum. Prior to this, they served as the President of the Officer & Civilian Spouses Club, Marketing Director at EZ GO Foods Inc, and Development Director and Annual Fund Director at the Virginia Living Museum. In their role as Development Director, they were responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive Development plan incorporating all fundraising activities for the Museum operating, capital and endowment needs. This included leading a staff of 4 toward achieving fundraising goals, directing strategic and operational fundraising plans for volunteer and staff committees, and providing administrative leadership to the Museum. Rebecca has a long history of working in development and fundraising roles, and their experience will no doubt be a valuable asset in their new position as Executive Director.

Rebecca Kleinhample graduated with a BS Science degree from Penn State University with a business minor. Rebecca then went on to earn their Executive Scholar NonProfit Management degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management through the Kellogg Executive Scholars Program & Allstate Greater Good Non Profit Leadership Program.
