Pamela MacKey

Pamela Mackey is a Senior Contract Specialist at Virginia Lottery since August 2000. Prior to that, Pamela worked as a Buyer Specialist at VA Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services from 1986 to 2000. Pamela graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Virginia Tech in 1985. Before that, Pamela attended Lee Davis High School from 1977 to 1981.
