Laura Hanson

Laura Hanson is an experienced pharmacy manager currently serving as the Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health since November 2019, overseeing a large program with embedded pharmacists across various clinics. Prior to this, Laura held multiple roles at Harborview Medical Center, including Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical Manager, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services, and earlier as a Specialty Pharmacy Senior Clinical Lead, influencing specialty pharmacy accreditation. Laura began the pharmacy career with a PGY1 Residency at the University of Washington followed by a PGY2 in Primary Care. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy from Idaho State University and an MBA in Healthcare from Western Governors University.
