Libby Edwards-Zoars is an experienced instructional designer and technical trainer with a background in various industries such as medical, technology, and education. She has strong expertise in designing training materials, delivering technical training, and collaborating with subject matter experts. Libby has also excelled in management roles, overseeing staff and implementing training programs. With a BA in International Relations and French from Macalester College and an MA in International Relations from American University, Libby brings a strong educational foundation to her work in instructional design and training.
