Christopher Guillory has a diverse work experience in the military and strategic communications fields. Christopher began their career in the US Army in 2000 and served as an officer until 2015, earning a Meritorious Service Medal. Christopher has held various leadership positions, including Chief of Staff/Battalion Executive Officer and Operations Manager/Executive Officer, where they provided guidance and mentorship to subordinates. In 2015, they transitioned to the US Army Reserves and also worked as a Strategic Communications Consultant for LMI. In 2016, they joined the Virginia National Guard as the USPFO Logistics Division Chief, managing and coordinating logistics operations. Christopher has since taken on roles such as Director of Plans, Training, and Security, J3 Deputy Director of Operations, and Deputy J4. Christopher has also served as Battalion Commander and G4 Chief of Sustainment. In 2021, they joined the VA Army National Guard as the J5 Deputy Director of Strategic Plans and Policy. Throughout their career, Guillory has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, earning commendations for their performance and dedication.
Christopher Guillory attended Truman State University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice System. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Middle School Education at Liberty University. In 2012, they attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College for Advanced Military and Operational Studies.
