Virginia National Guard
Eric Dees has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2023. Eric began their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Lakeland Regional Health System from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they served as a Squad Leader in the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army from 2015 to 2020, where they demonstrated strong leadership abilities and tactical skills. In 2020, they worked as an Assistant Director of Security at Andy Frain Services for a brief period. Later that year, they joined the Virginia National Guard as a Chief Warrant Officer 2. Currently, they are serving as a Special Project Officer - Operations at the VA Army National Guard starting from 2023.
Eric Dees earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Liberty University, completing their studies from 2019 to 2023.
