Lisa Gurganus

Lisa Gurganus, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa began their career at ECPI University as a Human Resources Administrator in February 2014 and later transitioned into the role of HR Generalist in April 2015. Lisa worked at ECPI University until June 2017. In June 2017, Lisa joined Virginia Oncology Associates as an HR Generalist II and then advanced to the position of Human Resources Manager in January 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resource Operations at Virginia Oncology Associates, a role they have been serving since October 2023.

Lisa Gurganus, PHR obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University in 2013. In 2016, they also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Lisa Gurganus also holds additional certifications in Assurance of Learning from SHRM, Comp TIA Project + from CompTIA, and Predictive Index Analyst from PI Worldwide.
