Kara Foster-Weiss has returned to full-time medical practice at Midlothian Medical Care, as Kara Foster-Weiss, MD, Board Certified Family Practitioner. She formerly was a Family Nurse Practitioner at Midlothian Medical Care for 13 years until going to medical school in 2006, attending Windsor University School of Medicine, and then family practice residency at Chesterfield Family Practice Residency, a division of Virginia Commonwealth University.
Prior to that she was an RN, obtained her nursing diploma from Richmond Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1984 and nursing Masters's degree from VCU in 1993. She enjoys all aspects of Primary Care but especially Women’s health and pediatrics and is happy to accept new patients.
