Maura Pratt

Maura Pratt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Maura currently serves as the Associate Vice President of RPAC Development at Virginia REALTORS® since July 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Director of RPAC Development at the same company from May to August 2022.

Before joining Virginia REALTORS®, Maura worked for the Virginia House of Delegates as a Legislative Assistant from June 2018 to May 2022.

Maura also gained experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation as a Front Desk Manager from August 2017 to June 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at VSA Resorts, including Resort Manager from November 2016 to August 2017, Hospitality Department Manager from September 2014 to November 2016, Assistant Resort Manager from March 2014 to September 2014, and Front Desk Supervisor from February 2012 to March 2014.

Maura's early career involved working as an Office Assistant at Glasser & Glasser, PLC from January 2005 to February 2012. Maura also had a role as a Front Desk Agent at Days Inn Blacksburg from June 2009 to August 2010.

Maura Pratt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Virginia Tech, where they attended from 2006 to 2011.
