Garret Rhodes

Garret Rhodes, CFA, is an investment professional with extensive experience in the finance sector. Currently serving as an Investment Officer at the Virginia Retirement System since September 2019, Garret previously held the position of Senior Investment Analyst. Prior to this role, Garret worked at the University of Virginia School of Medicine as a Data Scientist from August 2014 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Teaching and Research Assistant in Global Finance at the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce. Garret holds a degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce and has additional educational credentials from the University of Virginia and West Virginia University.
