Kidus Molla

Kidus Molla is a Fixed Income Investment Analyst at the Virginia Retirement System since January 2022, previously serving as a Securities and Retail Franchising Intern at the Virginia State Corporation Commission during the summer of 2021. In this internship, Molla analyzed financial statements for compliance with regulatory standards and gained experience in mock investigations. Prior to this, Molla held positions at CoStar Group as a Tenant Research Technician and Tenant Surveyor, where responsibilities included investigating commercial tenants and documenting tenant movements. Molla holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed in December 2021.
