Tom Mulvin

Tom Mulvin is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in investment management, currently serving as a Sr. Investment Officer at the Virginia Retirement System, a defined benefit pension plan for over 500,000 state and local government employees. Tom began as an intern/analyst in 1992, gaining expertise in underwriting commingled and opportunity fund managers, developing programmatic joint ventures, and evaluating performance metrics. Additionally, Tom holds a position as a Plan Sponsor and Board Member at NCREIF since 2004. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Real Estate from the Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business.
