Mallory Ralston is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event coordination and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Bar Services at the Virginia State Bar since August 2018, Mallory leads a team responsible for managing over 25 volunteer member groups and developing educational programs to enhance member engagement. Previous roles include Meetings Coordinator at the Virginia State Bar, Assistant Banquet Manager at Francis Marion Hotel, and Wedding Coordinator at The Hayloft, where Mallory honed skills in planning large-scale events and managing various logistical details. Mallory holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Resort Recreation Management and Tourism from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
