Christian Holloway has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Christian began their career in 1987 as an Assistant Vice President and Systems Engineer at Bank of America. Christian was responsible for administering and developing procedures for mainframe communications applications and managing a DataKit network.
In 2003, Christian joined Hewlett-Packard as a Systems Engineer, overseeing incident management for critical service outages and leading technical teams to restore network services for clients. Christian stayed with the company until 2011.
Following that, Christian worked as a Systems Administrator at Capital One, where they managed hardware and software for the Statistical Workbench and coordinated with a vendor for provisioning the Citrix server farm.
From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Trading Operations Administrator at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, monitoring and restoring trading operations systems and applications, as well as communicating with business partners and executives about outages and restoration efforts.
Christian then moved to Northrop Grumman Corporation in 2013 as a Network Systems Engineer, responding to internal and external cyber intrusive events and managing incident event support from various technical teams.
In 2014, Christian joined 3M Public Safety- ALPR Technology as a Lead Applications Support Engineer, where they managed the BOS Tolling application and coordinated incident management using Salesforce and Track-It!/MOMs.
From 2015 to 2018, Christian held the position of Information Security Officer at the Commonwealth of Virginia, where they managed the review and determination of datasets for confidential information and generated metrics on collected data within the Archer system.
Most recently, Christian became the Director of IT Governance and Risk Management at Virginia State University in 2018. Further details about this role are not provided.
Christian Holloway obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business from 1984 to 1987. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1982, they pursued an Associate in Science (A.S.) in Radiation Sciences from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Christian'ssecondary education was completed at John Bartram High School, where they obtained an Academic Diploma between 1974 and 1978.
