E. Lee Dyer IV, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement & Belonging at Virginia State University, a position held since June 2023. Dyer is the founder of E Lee Dyer Consulting Group, established in May 2017, which specializes in customizing diversity initiatives across corporate, educational, and non-profit sectors, as well as conducting assessments for actionable organizational improvements. As Co Executive Director of Brothers Obtaining and Navigating Dynamic Solidarity since August 2018, Dyer led initiatives that significantly increased funding and outreach to underserved BIPOC LGBTQ+ communities. Dyer holds a Master’s in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University and a degree in Political Science from Dillard University.
