Jerad Horning

Jerad Horning is an experienced Senior Web Developer at Virginia State University since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing web development projects and providing technical support for Cascade Server CMS. Additionally, Jerad operates Jerad's Design, a web design and development business established in 2009, focusing on customer requirements and converting style guides into HTML, Javascript, and CSS. Jerad has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Brightpoint Community College, teaching Javascript, and at John Tyler Community College, teaching Web Design I and II. Previous roles include Web Developer positions at Chesterfield County, Punch - The Art of Impact, the Virginia Department of Health, and the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Jerad holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Web Design from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
