Sheri Janosik

Sheri Janosik serves as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Virginia State University since January 2023, where responsibilities include developing and delivering lectures on diverse psychological subjects and designing comprehensive course materials to enhance undergraduate learning experiences. Previously, from March 2005 to December 2021, Sheri was the Human Resources Manager at S. A. Foster Electric, Inc., focusing on employee engagement, training program development, and the implementation of employee incentive programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Currently pursuing a PhD in Health Psychology at Virginia State University, Sheri also holds an MS in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford, a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management from Columbia Southern University, and an AS in Business from the same institution.
