Kathryn Dillin

Kathryn Dillin is an experienced sports marketing professional with a strong background in fan development and engagement in collegiate athletics. Currently serving as Assistant AD, Marketing & Fan Development at Virginia Tech Athletics since June 2022, Kathryn oversees marketing efforts for various sports and manages an internship program. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Marketing at Northwestern Athletics and Graduate Assistant for Marketing at Auburn Athletics, where notable achievements included record attendance for events and the creation of award-winning programs. Kathryn has also held positions at the University of Minnesota and Wake Forest University, along with early career experience at Ingles Markets, Inc. Kathryn holds a Master of Education in Administration of Higher Education and Sport Management from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Latin America & Latino Studies from Wake Forest University.
