Grant Brewer

Grant Brewer has extensive experience in technology commercialization and intellectual property management, currently serving as the Executive Director for the License - Center for Technology Commercialization at Virginia Tech since April 2013. Prior roles include Associate Director at NDSU Research Foundation, where responsibilities included overseeing licensing activities for university research and Biotechnology Business Development Consultant at the South Carolina Biotechnology Incubation Program. Earlier positions encompassed Licensing Manager at the Medical University of South Carolina, Director of Operations at Serologicals, and Manufacturing Technician at CryoLife, Inc. Grant Brewer holds a degree in Biological Engineering from The University of Georgia and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from The Citadel.
