John Ralston

John Ralston is an accomplished professional in business development and corporate relations with extensive experience in higher education and sports marketing. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Business Development at Virginia Tech's College of Engineering since January 2022, John Ralston focuses on building strategic industry partnerships to enhance departmental and corporate interests. Previously, John Ralston held the position of Director of Corporate Relations at the University of Virginia's School of Engineering and Applied Science from September 2016 to January 2022. John's earlier experience includes directing corporate sales at Team Services LLC, a leading agency in sponsorship marketing and strategic consulting for the sports industry, where John's work significantly impacted corporate and collegiate partnerships. John Ralston began professional tenure as a Corporate Development and Sponsorship Intern at Special Olympics Virginia in 2007.
