Jasper Mitchell

Jasper Mitchell is an experienced professional with a background in automotive service management and procurement. Since November 2012, Jasper has served as a Service Manager and Emissions Inspector at Virginia Tire & Auto, where responsibilities have included overseeing service operations and emissions testing. Previously, Jasper worked at NTB from August 2010 to November 2012, providing general services in the automotive sector. Earlier experience includes a role as an Acquisition and Procurement Specialist at the Defense Logistics Agency from September 2009 to January 2010, where Jasper was responsible for writing contracts, contacting vendors, and preparing necessary paperwork for departments within the Department of Defense. Jasper completed a high school diploma in Information Technology at Hylton High School, graduating in 2009.
