Ctis Mary Lewis

Mary Lewis, CTIS, is an experienced tourism professional with a diverse background in destination marketing, tour development, and experiential travel. Currently serving as a Tourism Coordinator at the Virginia Tourism Corporation since March 2020, Mary previously held the position of President at Heart of Virginia Tours and Receptive Services from July 2015 to January 2023, where responsibilities included developing a business model for experiential travel and managing marketing and sales strategies. Additional experience includes roles as a Tour and Travel Consultant at All-In-One Tours, Senior Brain at eBrains inc., Director of Tourism for Fauquier County Government, and Director of Marketing & Sales at both Prince William County CVB and Pamplin Historical Park. Mary’s early career includes significant contributions to the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as a Tourism Sales and Marketing Manager and various positions at Colonial Williamsburg Hotel Properties. Mary holds a BS in Sociology/Anthropology from Radford University.
