Tracy Deluca

Tracy DeLuca has extensive experience in logistics and transportation management, currently employed at Virginia Transportation Corporation since May 2024. Prior to this, Tracy held the position of Senior Manager, Transportation at Vroom from April 2021 to May 2024, overseeing logistics operations across the Midwest and Northeast USA, managing a team of drivers and logistics associates while ensuring DOT compliance and safety standards. Earlier roles include Logistics Training Manager at Carvana, where Tracy developed a nationwide training program for vehicle transport drivers, and Service Advisor at Fyda Freightliner, where Tracy focused on customer service and operational efficiency. Additional experience includes work as an independent contractor with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing, ownership of Hilliard Auto Transport, and roles in dispatching and logistics at SureWay Auto Transport. Tracy holds a degree in Structural Welding from Hobart Institute of Welding Technology and attended The Ohio State University.
