Scott Rodda

Scott Rodda is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in rail transportation and engineering. Currently at Virginkar & Associates, Inc. since December 2014, Scott has worked on diverse projects such as the BART Track Geometry Car, CBTC, and various railcar procurements, while also contributing to business development and overseeing multiple employees nationwide. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Program Manager at CH2MHILL, where Scott led rail vehicle assignments for LACMTA, and a lengthy tenure as Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on fare systems and vehicle engineering. Scott began the career as a Senior Engineer with Kaiser Engineers, contributing to significant subway projects in Baltimore and Los Angeles. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University.
