Andy (Jingwei) Zhao

Andy (Jingwei) Zhao has a diverse work experience. Andy (Jingwei) started their career as a Material Engineer at Faurecia Emission Control Technologies in 2014, where they operated material tests, drafted reports, and wrote technical documents. In 2015, they became the owner and operator of Jack Tan's, a restaurant specializing in Asian fusion food. As the owner, they drafted and completed business and marketing plans, implemented budget control, and conducted economic and accounting analysis.

In 2016, Andy worked as an Engineering Trainee at Kunshan Duoling Heavy Machinery Technology, where they programmed PLC control systems, created engineering drafts using AutoCAD, and led a project on an informational control system. Andy (Jingwei) then interned as an Engineer at Shanghai Liangyan Electro Mechanics Equipments, where they worked as a technical writer and drafted development plans, technical documents, and operation manuals. Andy (Jingwei) also programmed PLC control systems and compiled touch screen modules.

In 2018, Andy worked as a Financial Analyst at Goldenwise Capital Management, where they gained experience in financial analysis. Later that year, they became a Project Manager at Cascadia Blockchain Group, where they oversaw various projects. Most recently, in 2019, they joined VirgoCX as the Head of Product.

Throughout their career, Andy has demonstrated their ability to take on different roles and responsibilities across various industries.

Andy (Jingwei) Zhao earned their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 2012 to 2017.
