Following this, Natalie pursued further studies at the University of Geneva, where they completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Standardization, Social Regulation & Sustainable Development from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, in 2014, they completed an Executive Education Summer Course in Corporate Social Responsibility Leadership at the University of Geneva.

In 2012, Natalie also obtained a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from TEFL International.
