Olesia Barabasheva has extensive experience in financial analysis and advisory roles, currently serving as a Lending Associate at Viridian Advisory since May 2021. Prior experience includes a position as Financial Analyst in Investment Banking at Vnesheconombank from January 2014 to January 2020, where Olesia conducted quantitative analyses of financial data to forecast revenue and assess risks associated with capital expenditures. Olesia also held the role of Financial Analyst and Head of Financial Department at Alltech Investments from August 2005 to January 2014, focusing on corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial modeling. Olesia holds a Master of Economics in Finance and Financial Management Services from The Budget and Treasury Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and a Bachelor of Education in Computer Science from Rostov State Pedagogical University.
