Kellie DiNapoli is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. since May 2024, Kellie has previously held senior roles including Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Sana Biotechnology, Inc., and Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for IP and Litigation at Foundation Medicine.
